There is a simplicity of the awning design which compliments the setting and the lack of frills and excess graphics enhances the understated appearance of this very popular location. We make these awnings at Morco in much the same way they have been for nearly two centuries. Our factory trained craftsmen pay close attention to the traditional nature of the product though, where appropriate, either for longevity or for environmental reasons, we will incorporate modern componentry.
Elliot's was started by Australian chef Brett Redman in 2011. he was Inspired by the ambience of Borough Market and the menu is created using various in season ingredients .Their simple , but interesting approach to cooking has seen Elliot's awarded a Bib Gourmand in the 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017 Michelin awards. Elliot's deal directly with growers, fishermen and farmers who understand how to make the most of seasonal produce as well as being considerate of the impact on the environment.
