Signature awning at Gourmet Burger Kitchen

This electrically operated  Signature commercial awning has been installed at the Haverstock Hill branch of  Gourmet Burger Kitchen.. The Signature commercial  awning is the  strongest  of our folding-arm awnings range. The awning frame has an integrated cover board thereby ensuring the fabric cover is enclosed within its own housing and providing complete protection against the elements when retracted. Electric operation of the awning is via a wireless switch and we can add additional solar and wind sensors to provide extra  convenience and safety. The aluminium frame of the Signature awning has been powder coated in our own facility to a shade matching the client's shopfront.

A key customer of Morco, Gourmet Burger Kitchen were first established in Battersea, South London,  by three New Zealanders and it changed the idea of burgers for a generation.  Today, there are over 70 restaurants across the UK, still priding  themselves on serving up a variety of handcrafted burgers, combining 100% prime beef with the freshest ingredients and burger sauces made from scratch, every day, in each GBK kitchen.

At the beginning of  World War II, a large underground air-raid shelter was built in Belsize Park  and its entrance can still be seen near the tube station at Downside Crescent.  When the area was rebuilt, after suffering severe damage during the War, the pavement was widened so that the buildings were now further back from the road
