This Greenwich awning, which we have installed at the Trivet Restaurant in Snowsfields, has been branded through the application of our RAGS® graphics process. The Greenwich awning is a modern construction which presents the appearance of a traditional design. The side arms on this awning can be seen to be attached to vertical, steel slides which enable the large extension to be achieved despite the low fixing height. This particular Greenwich awning is featured with a wrap around front profile giving a smooth uncluttered aspect to the finished product. The optional deep valance ensures the maximum shade is provided to the deep glass frontage ensuring comfort for diners within.
Trivet is described as “an informal, high-quality dining restaurant utilising the finest ingredients and wines and will aim to deliver an unrivalled taste experience.” Ex Fat Duck duo — chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal are the owners and their dishes are always inspired by extraordinary culinary history and international diversity. There is also be a wine bar, serving smaller plates, with an extensive restaurant menu.
The area of Snowsfields was built In 1890. The philanthropist Sir Edward Cecil Guinness, the great grandson of the founder of the Guinness Brewery, gave £200,000 to set up The Guinness Trust in London, with an additional £50,000 to establish a fund in Dublin. This is the equivalent of £25 million in today’s money. He wanted to help improve the lives of ordinary people, many of whom couldn’t afford decent homes.
