Entrance awning to Westbourne Hyde Park Hotel

Morco are renowned for their traditional Victorian awnings which are used to provide both shade and, to some extent, protection from the rain but they also can be used to focus the eye on a particular part of a building

In this case The Westbourne Hyde Park Hotel wanted to be able to highlight the entrance to their hotel in this particularly attractive Grade ll listed building whilst retaining the traditional look.

Our solution was to install a fixed variant of our regular Victorian awning with applied graphics in a traditional style thereby retaining the ambience of this beautiful facade.

Newly refurbished, The Westbourne Hyde Park, a family-run business over 3 generations, has emerged, lovingly transformed into a contemporary hotel.
Encompassing 8 Victorian terraced houses; one of which is a Grade II listed building; the hotel comprises 96 rooms including 26 modern one-bedroom suites, generous public areas incl. a lounge bar and a meeting room.
