Renovating awnings is a significant part of Morco's service to customers who come back to us time after time with repeat business for this type of work. We have just completed refurbishing the awnings at Claridges in Mayfair and re-branded them to suit the new incumbent, Davies and Brook restaurant. The awnings themselves were still in first class condition but the fabric covers, have been changed to reflect the new restaurant and have been decorated in Davies and Brook style with branding utilising our bespoke RAGS® graphic application process.
Sharing some influences with Eleven Madison Park, the food, interior and feel of Davies and Brook at Claridges combine to create a restaurant that’s entirely its own with the menu reflecting London’s eclectic cultural scene. Alongside signature dishes, such as the much-loved and lauded dry-aged duck glazed with honey and lavender and the already iconic Claridge’s Fried Chicken (dubbed CFC), there are new arrivals each season.
Brook Street, Mayfair was developed in the first half of the 18th century and runs from Hanover Square to Grosvenor Square. Consisting of neo-classical terraced houses, mostly built to individual designs. Some of them were very ornate, finely stuccoed and tall-ceilinged; they were designed by well known architects for wealthy tenants, especially near Grosvenor Square.
